Welcome to health care magic.

1.There is a disc between the vertebral bodies helps as a shock absorber effect, the disc contains maximum percentage of water, due to degenerative changes when the water content / hydration is lost the disc slips / bulges.
2.At the level of T9-T10 the disc seen causing pressure effect on the spinal chord.
3.There are joint inflammatory changes noted at the level of lower thoracic vertebrae with pressure effect on in the same level as mentioned.
4.In this case the treatment of choice will be back exercises ( gives maximum relief) followed by the physiotherapy.
5.In the final stage when the exercise and physiotherapy doesn't work - operative / interventional procedure is done. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
